Gaano man kaganda ang product mo, gaano man kaganda ang services mo, your success is limited kapag walang marketing strategy. Naalala mo pa ba ang Nokia? Ang Nokia ay isang malaking company na nag bigay sa tao ng kauna-unahang cellular phone na walang antenna at matibay. Maraming sales maraming tumatangkilik sa product nila pero noong pumasok ang mobile phone like andriod and IOS yong market nila bumaba. Alam mo kung bakit? Dahil hindi sila nakasabay sa mabilis na pag taas ng market needs. Hanggang lumabas yong Nokia Lumia tumaas ulet ang compitition nila pero biglang bagsak din ulet.

So, ano ba yong pagkakamaling nagawa nila bakit hanggang ngayon patuloy pa rin ang paghabol nila sa market needs?

5 Steps to Improve Your Marketing Strategy

Katulad ng nokia, kung napapansin mo, bakit hindi tumataas ang sales mo at kung bakit hindi mo gusto ang resulta sa ginagawa mo ngayon, siguro kaylangan mo nang i-improve ang marketing strategy na inaapply mo sa business mo.

  • Analyze the Data

Para ma-fix mo yong mga non-productive effort mo, kaylangan mo munang malaman yong problem areas. Paano mo magagawa mo yon? Kaylangan mong makita kung ilan ang pumupunta sa page mo or ilan ang nakakakita ng business mo.

Sa business kasi unang unang kaylangan mong matutunan kung paano mo magagawang maraming makakita ng business mo. Dahil kung walang taong makakakita nito walang sales.

Kung hindi mo din nagagawang mamonitor kung ilang tao ba sa bawat-araw ang nakakakita nito hindi mo mai-improve ang business strategy mo.

Pangalawa, ano ba yong effort na ginagawa mo? productive ba sya o hindi?. So, dapat alam mo rin. Hindi ibig sabihin na gumagalaw ka productive na yon. Once na effective yong strategy na inaapply mo don mo lang masasabing productive ang ginagawa mo. Sayang kasi ang effort mo kung hindi naman pala effective yon.

Isang site na ginagamit ko para sa tracking ng business ko ay ang “bit.ly“. Isa syang tracking site na makikita kung ilang tao ang nag ki-click sa url mo. Don mo malalaman kung ano yong gumagana at hindi.

  • Make Adjustment

Para sa magandang results ng marketing effort mo, kaylangan mong iadjust o palitan yong mga non effective strategy. Dapat may game plan ka, hindi lang isang strategy at techiques ang gumagalaw. Dapat 2 to 4 strategy ang gumagalaw para malaman mo kung san ka mag aadjust at kung ano yong hindi effective sayo. Trial and error kung baga. Wag mong bigyan ng maraming time ang strategy na hindi naman effective. Track and adjust ganun lang.

  • Focus on Top Customers

The Pareto’s principle relies on the 80/20 rule. Sa business naman, ibig sabihin humigit kumulang 80 percent ng iyong customer ay magbibigay sayo ng 20 percent ng sales at yong remaining na 20 percent ay 80 percent naman don ang magbibigay ng sales. Kung baga, mag focus ka don sa 20 percent pero 80 percent ng mga tao naman ay magbibigay sayo ng sales. Kaysa you are pleasing everyone, time consuming wala pang sales. Magbuo ka ng relationship don sa mga top customers mo dahil sila yong magbibigay sayo ng long term success.

  • Stay Abreast of New Possibilities

Maraming taong pumapasok sa business na nai-stuck sa outdated mode of thinking, old techniques ang ginagawa nila na nagbibigay sa kanila ng minimal results like nokia “Napag-iwanan na”. Online Marketing Institute’s number one piece of advice for marketers is to utilize recent digital technologies. Nabasa ko nga sa isang article sabi dito, “Put a solid and sustained effort into your techniques“. Wag kang mag give up dahil hindi mo agad-agad makikita ang respose ng iyong customers. It takes time para makuha mo yong gusto mong results, so keep trudging forward. Kung gusto mong mapansin ng iyong customers sa social site,  maintain a consistent postings schedule, post quality content at makipag connect ka sa iyong audience on a regular basis. Isa sa pinaka paborito kong quotes, “Ambition is the path to success. Persistence is the vehicle you arrive in“.

Isa pang advice, kaylangan gawin mo lang simple ang ginagawa mo dahil mas madaling makuha ng tao yong mga simpleng bagay.
